• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 4pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, only wire trasfer 30 days before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa has two floors and not elevator, but we have a room for disable with the entrance at the groundfloor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have tv and satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning that is extra charge to pay at check out.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Siena or Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, is it full of vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  80km, 40km and Pisa is 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelnuovo dell'Abate and Montalcino
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No - We can organize on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montalcino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buonconvento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes. Jacuzzi in all the bathrooms, Sauna with Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi for 6 people outside.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, because we have not Adsl in the sourranding area.
