• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the entire Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for a deposit at the moment of the reservation. At the arrival we ask for cash payment.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has a terrace, the house has a big garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, but not in the bedrooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is a dining room with a long table n big marble table outside.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, from mid May to mid October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In any major towns nearby (Florence, Siena, Poggibonsi).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Santa Cristina in Salivolpe and in San Pancrazio.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 25 kms - Siena is about 40 kms, Pisa is about 80/90 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Pancrazio is about 2 kms, Tavarnelle and San Casciano are about 8 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence at about 35 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide them upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Romita at about 5 kms.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have Jacuzzi bathtub.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
