 The house has a 5x10 mts swimming pool located in the nice garden. The property also features a vegetable garden. Guests are invited to eat outside in the shade on a very large marble table. The House is equipped with central heating and screens on all windows. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ovens, dishwashers and washing machine. |
 Thanks to the large outdoor bread & pizza oven, side by side to a refrigerator and a 5-burner stove you will have the possibility to organize nice dinners. On request we can organize for you museums visits, guides, drivers, cook, cooking lessons, massages and guided tours on car. We can also help with shopping and outlets addresses. |

| Restaurants are within few km in the nearby villages ( 5-10 km), there is also a little food store at about 500 mt from the house which is open all week long. Shopping and stores are in Tavarnelle abt 7 km and San Casciano about 8 km. High fashion outlets are at about 1/2 hour n 1 hour driving distance. The motorway to Florence and Siena is just 3 km distant allowing you to reach these towns in a very short time (Florence 20 minutes, Siena 45 minutes). San Gimignano is 45 minutes driving distant. Pisa and Lucca are about 1 hour driving distance. |
