• At what time can we check-in and out?
  You can check in at aprx 2 p.m. and you should check out before 12 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can and in any case your stay should be fully payed at least two days before you leave.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, English, Spanish and Portugese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are, in fact all our rooms are very private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but with no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, tehre is not but it is not necessary because temperature is always pretty mild.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is one and it is open the whole summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  yes
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 90km, Siena 42km , Pisa 150km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bettolle, Sinalunga.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa Airports are both reasonably accessable by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bettolle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sinalunga Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, if requested.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
