- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: Saturday between 03.00 pm /05.00 pm. Check-out: Saturday within 09.00 am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment or per room and not per guest. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the prices of the apartments. For rooms and suites both prices are available. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, the rest of the amount has to be paid on arrival, see terms and conditions for further information - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Apartment and rooms can be on the ground floor, on the first floor or on the second floor, it depends on the type of apartment or room clients choose. We don't have elevator, rooms and apartments are situated in historical buildings. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
In all our apartments a romantic atmosphere dominates and they are all quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided by us. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There is no courtyard or terrace belonging to the apartments. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only apartment type A has balcony and suite Caravaggio. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. All rooms and apartments are no smoking only. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is no telephone in the apartments/rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Suites have air conditioning, this is included in quoted rate. Air conditioning is available in summer months only. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Some apartments have the dining room, not all, it depends on the type of the apartment. We also have a restaurant at the estate. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes. It is open from may to october. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a private parking for guests. - Where can we rent a car?
In Florence or at Pisa/Florence Airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are lots of grocery stores in the surroundings. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, the castle is surrounded by lots of vineyards as we produce wine. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
About 18 km from Florence, about 40 km from Siena and about 80 km from Pisa. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The closest village is about 4 kilometers away from the castle. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is at Le Bolle, about 1,5 kilometer uphill far from the castle. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Florence, 18 kms away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
For special occassions. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No.
