Very well-priced and clean and comfortable. Management especially helpful in directing us to local restaurants, bus lines, shops, etc. A couple of nice little extra touches such as homemade panaforte and wine from the owners. Nice Continental Breakfast and snacks left in our room daily. Very convenient location for bus service to Florence.

We've had an excellent experience. We arrived late and were greeted by the hostess. She showed as our accommodations and explained everything in details.
The place is great, very clean, short drive from Florence. It has excellent outdoors facilities to have a lunch or dinner of just relax. The staff is very helpful giving directions to the local shops, parking in Florence, etc. We enjoyed a bottle of home made wine and olive oil. We would recommend it to anybody and will return again.

A very cosy room in a beautifully renevated farm house in the middle of the Florentine countryside but at the same time only 20mins form Florence town centre. That way you have the best of both worlds.
Very friendly people available at all times for advice of any type.

We arrived late and our host very generously provided supper for us.

Accomodations are basic, but clean and neat. Beautiful setting. The host is very friendly and helpful. Advertised as bed and breakfast, but wine, cheese, bread, and cold cuts plus special dishes were also provided. Easy access to Florence by bus. Nice patio area for eating outside.

A beautiful place to stay but you definately need a hire car to get around as the Sita bus service is fairly unreliable, doesn't run regularly enough, and is hard to negotiate if you don't speak italian. Cristina was a wondeful host who went out of her way to help us. We didn't get the room we booked on the net which was a little dissapointing but it was still a lovely stay and we would definately stay again.

The room we had reserved was unavailable b/c the previous guests stayed extra days. We were told that there was a problem with the water in that room, so we didn't mind too, too much. The room we ended up with was better situated.

We had a great time! It was just what we needed at that point in our trip. The location was great, and the surroundings were so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we wanted. The price was great, too; our car rental for the week cost more than the room did! We would recommend this to our friends in a minute.

The only issue with checking out was that we had to leave somewhat early, and ended up having to wake up the Signora.
