  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  Price is per room.

  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor. No elevator.

  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a court yard and terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  Yes we have a swimming pool with jacuzzi.

  Nearest car rental is in Montalcino.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, within 5 minutes drive there are grocery stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120 km, Siena 40 km, Pisa 200 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closes village is at about 5 minutes drive.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport 100 km, Florence airport 125 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The closest bus-stop is in front of the castle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The closest railway station is in Buonconvento about 20 km from the castle.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have a swimming pool with jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all rooms have modem plugs.
