• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm. Check-out: within 12.:00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. All our rooms are quiet, private and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the bedrooms haven't got their own terrace. The hotel has got two terraces with a panorama view. One of them has a size of 370 sqm and there is a park as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None, but one room has a door, which leads into the garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Livorno (Livorno Centrale).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a small parking area for about ten cars is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airports in Pisa and Florence or at the rail station in "Livorno".
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are (50-100 mt).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  At about 30 km
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 1 hour, Pisa: 15 minutes, Siena: 1hour.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Livorno, 5 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa, 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Livorno.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
