  The prices are per per person/per day or apartment/per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  In winter time heating is extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very private and romantic indeed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are included in the price and they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, in front of the apartments there is a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in the rooms/apartments there is TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Colle Val d'Elsa (20 km) or Siena (35 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many nearby.

  Yes, there are a lot nearby.

  Florence: 70 km. Siena: 30 km. Pisa: 100 km.

  Belforte is at 1 km and Radicondoli at 5 Km.

  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi railway station at 30 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the property, but we have many good typical restaurants in the area between 500 mt to 3km from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
