• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included for the bedrooms. For the apartments is on request. It is a continental breakfast with cheese, salami, cakes, yogurth, fresh fruit, jam, buiscuits, corn flakes, orange juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanich, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are max. 2 floors. We don't have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have 2 swimming pools open from may the 1 st until september the 30th.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Impruneta which is at 2 kms.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes we have 20 hectares of vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 13 kms, Siena 40 mìkms, Pisa 80 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Impruneta is the nearest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 2kms.

  Florence Santa Maria Novella station is at 15 kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, animals are accepted.

  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no modem in the rooms.
