• At what time can we check-in and out?
  The check-in is until 4:00 pm and the check-out is until 10:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the apartment you choose.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast but we offer you a fully equipped kitchen where you will be able to cook.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No. Each apartment has an independent heating system and is priced in 2 tiers.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments do not have an elevator but there are only a few steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very private and the apartments are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We can provide linen and towels upon request and it costs 5 euro each person for the linen and 3 euros each person for the towel set.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments in the pinewoods each have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but since we only rent the whole apartment, it's up to you whether you smoke or not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the apartments have their own satellite TV set.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning but it is really not necessary since the Villa is in the middle of the pinewood forest, the temperature is pretty mild the whole year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have one.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  All three apartments in the pinewoods have their own parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in CEecina, 15km from Marina di Castagneto.
  -PIOMBINO, 15 km from Marina di Castagneto.
  -DONORATICO, 2 km from Marina di Castagneto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find everything you want in the village of Marina di Castgneto Carducci.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 150km, Siena is 100 km and Pisa is 58 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartments are all in the village of Marina di Castgneto Carducci.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa (58 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Marina di Castagneto Carducci.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Donoratico.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 200m from the apartment.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is either private and public, it depends on where you go.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunately they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but right in front of the beach you can find a couple of restaurants and a pizzeria.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
