The house in the pine wood forest is built on a small rise and consequently each apartment has it's own separate garden, with pinewoods. There is a common garden area in which there is a stone stove, barbecue, outdoors shower and a parking area. |
 All the apartments have independent heating system in every room. The apartments come with washing machine (shared between Apartments B & B), dish washer, and coffee machines (Italian and American ones). Each apartment has a private terrace with sun beds and table and chairs for outside dining.
Upon request we can organize tours in the area. We have special agreements with local restaurants and shops so please enquire for recommendations when you check in. |

La Strada del Vino:
The whole Etruscan Coast is on the "The wine Road" or La Strada del Vino that runs the length of the coast connecting the many wine producers of the area. See below for a list of Enoteche or Wine Bars where you can taste some of the fabulous wines of the area.
Elba, 45 km distant is easily reached by car (and ferry from Piombino).
Venturina (25km) Thermal baths where swimming is possible in all seasons, water temperature 37 degrees.

You can visit the famous cities of art which are close enough for day excursions. Cities such as Firenze, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Massa Marittima, Perugia, Assisi.

Thanks to a network of well maintained country roads there are many possibilities for cycling and mountain biking. The area offers superb beaches for sunbathing and clear, clean sea for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. There are scuba diving schools at Baratti and San Vincenzo. Try the l'Avio Club Enore Belcari for flying over the rolling Tuscan hills.There are several stables in the area that offer guided excursions on horseback.
