 The Pineta Vacanze Toscane is set in a pine wood forest and has a 1200 mē private fenced garden. The Villa has two floors. Apartment A is located on the first floor.
Each apartment has independent heating, and a private garden, with pinewoods. In the common garden area there is a stone-stove and a parking area. |
 Apartment A - Azalea: 100mē (Guests 6 + 4)
This apartment has three different entrances: two from the garden that lead into the living room and the third leads from the garden into the laundry. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machines - one Italian one and American/German one - and of course everything else you need to cook, pots, plates, silverware, and glasses. Disher washer and laundry with washing machine. The large living room features a fireplace, couch, arm chairs, a sofa bed and satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a twin bed, another bedroom with a double king size bed and a twin bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a second double sofa bed and a second large bathroom. Sleeps 6 people in the bedrooms and 4 on the double sofa beds. There is a 50mē terrace, with an outdoor shower, sun beds and a table with chairs so you can eat outside. |
 Apartment B - Bougainvillea: 50mē (Guests 3 + 3)
The entrance to Apartment B is via the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, fridge, toaster, dish washer, coffee machines - Italian and American/German - and pots, plates, silverware, and glasses. Shared washing machine with Apartment C. It has one bedroom, with a double bed (king size) and a single bed. In the living room, there are 2 sofa beds, one double and one single. Satellite TV some armchairs and , dining room. The apartment has one bathroom, with a shower. Private terrace, with a table and chair for dining out. |
 Apartment C - Camelia: 50mē (Guests 2)
Entrance via the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machines -Italian and American/German one - pots, plates, silverware, and glasses. Washing machine to be divided with Apartment B. The living room is cosy, furnished with light pine wood pieces, has a satellite TV, a double sofa bed and a little dinning area. This flat has one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. Apartment C has a private terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs so you can eat outside.
Apartment B and C can be communicating apartments accommodating a total of 8 guests. |
