• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: within 02.00 pm Check-out: We kindly ask our guests to check-out until 11.00 a.m
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are per room, if nothing else is specified.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, or at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks excellent English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors but noelevator as each floor can be reach from outside without making any step.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All bedrooms are quiet, private and romantic. Room 6 and room 9 have even got separate entrances.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  7 rooms have their own patios.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 1 room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 8 rooms are no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have TV/Sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air-conditioned from May to September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, 1 Pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a 22 meters long panoramic swimming pool,open from April till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available at the hotel - free of charges.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Moving around the Chianti region without a car is virtually impossible, so we strongly advise our guests to rent a car. Nearest car rental agencies are located in Florence and Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest are in Radda in Chianti (3 km) or Gaiole in Chianti (4 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Our property is located in the very heart of the Chianti Classico region. Visits to wineries can be arranged at the reception desk. Some of the wineries are within walking distance.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  56 km to Florence, 85 km to Pisa and 20 km to Siena.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Radda in Chianti is at 2 km, Gaiole in Chianti at 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (Peretola) airport 60 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize transfer with private car from the airport to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Radda in Chianti 3 Km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montevarchi 25 Km from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have a convention with a wellness center in Radda in Chianti (3Km).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes,we have a restaurant that is open for dinner and for light lunch during the day.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
