In particular I expected that the beach was nearer to the property and I did not clearly understand that we needed a lift to reach it. It was clearly stated that the service was not free of charge, but it was not clear that it was almost impossible to go there alone.

As said above I think that the fact that the beach cannot be reached but with the Jeep should be clearly stated.

Properties are good and well described, even if in some cases the user can expect a little more. It's easy to book and prices are clearly stated in the terms. I think that, in general, the user could be much more satisfied finsing more than expected, so please make the descriptions of the properties as close as possible to reality.

Very peaceful, not far from clean and ample beaches, reachable within 10-30 minutes by car. The property was fully equipped with all the main commodities.

We did not receive a receipt at check-out. it would have been nice to have one for our records.
The bathroom could use a few hooks to hang clothes, items...
It would be useful to have a public phone on the premises as well as a washer/dryer.

The appartment was very clean. The bathroom was comfortable with a towel heater, a new shower with a lot of hot water and water pressure (not always the case in Italy).
There is a vast lawn where kids can play. in fact, Europeans from all over the continent come with their kids. It gets noisy after 9 - 10 am since the kids are out playing. May not be for late sleepers. The owners have their own house on the premises and drive from Rome with their kids on the week-end.

The place is gorgeous, peaceful, wonderful. Very good value. I would recommend that they bring a clel phone since there are no public phones (although we were able to use the office phone, garciously offered to us during office hours).

There were no visible signage directing the customer to the office. We walked around the property until someone greeted us.

Lack of telephone services proved inconveinent, otherwise very comfortable & relaxing stay.
It would have been extremely helpful if the property would have provided a list of nearby wineries/activities/parks,map of the area, etc.

We stayed in 3 different agriturismos during our trip to Tuscany and of the 3, the Tenuta dell'Uccellina was the only one we felt was overpriced.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious and well-equipped. The setting was lovely and unspoilt but we were slightly disappointed at the distance of the property from the sea.
The property's main promotional picture of the fantastic view of the coastline could be considered misleading. There is no view of the coastline from the property and it is not easy to get there out-of-season when there is no jeep available to take you there. Determined, we decided to walk, but it took us one and a half hours to reach the sea. The owner said we'd taken the wrong route but in any case said it is more than one hour on foot on the right route. A rough map of the walk to the beach would have been helpful.
Due to the distance from local stores, some food eg breakfast available on the property would have been a bonus. I believe the owner is planning to offer food in the future.
That said, it's a lovely property surrounded by nature in an interesting region of Tuscany. When we finally reached the sea, it was a stunning spot! The owner was very enthusiastic and keen to find out our views on the place. I would go back.
