 The “Tenuta Agricola dell’Uccellina” Estate is excellent located only at 15 Km from Grosseto, in the heart of the Maremma Natural Park, in the area of "Magliano in Toscana", a very sensible example of a good development of the peculiar assets in total respect of the ambience. Its 400 hectares are split into cultivable lands and woods, rich in elm-oaks, cork-oaks and maples, and populated with a diverse wildlife such as wild boards, fallow dears, badgers, hares, wild rabbit and foxes. |
 Thanks to its exclusive position, you are allowed to admire its different landscapes, from plains to mountains' slopes and down to the sea. The beach is situated close to the Mediterranean bush, and allows an exclusive access to one of the most panoramic strips of the coast. From the beach, reachable with a jeep transfer in the preserve, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, and of the Argentario too. |

 At the Tenuta dell’Uccellina Estate you can take walks and rides through the woods, following trekking routes and discovering enchanting views of the Park in some recommended itineraries, of variable time length, for beginners and also experts. Jeep excursions in the estate, and animal watching in the preserve, are really often planned; everything is at your total disposal, and seen from closer; you can explore and really find the true sense of the nature wilderness, or just relax at the small lake used as pool of the Country Holiday. |
 The Tenuta dell’Uccellina Country Holidays is divided into two distinct and independent farms, "Giulia" and "Giobatta", spread over a wide extend of land. The farms are organised in independent areas, and can host 16 self-catering apartments, totally refurbished accordingly to the attention of the details, and equipped with well-finished services. Every apartment has panoramic view on the valley and consists of a bedroom, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Some apartments have direct access to the garden. |
 Small pets are welcome in our Country Holiday. Again, we have in plan to open as soon as possible a small restaurant to serve breakfasts and dinners. Actually, our guests can take their choice among various small restaurants and trattorias nearby, where it’s possible to taste the typical products and specialities of Maremma. To the other side, you can have on request a special tasting of the biological products made in the Estate, such as the "maremmana" beef directly from our cows breeding (with more of 40 maremmana’s cows), our extra-virgin olive oil obtained with the first olive-pressing, seasonal fruit and green vegetables from the gardens of the Estate. |
