• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 09.00 am until 06.30 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included on price, but as soon as possible we'll also offer this service on request and extra one.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Price for heating is 30 Eur per week.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is payed on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks usually english and spanish. During the week there's someone else speaking french and german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We don't have an elevator in the building because are apartment are located on the ground floor or at the first one.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments have been refurbished in according to the tuscan ancient style, so each of them is really romantic and quiet, with the lovely wiew on the fields of the estate.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided on arrival and weekly changed; on request, we also arrange some extra change service
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They don't have a terrace because of the excellent position just in the middle of the nature, gives them a wonderful wiew.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, for the same reason as above.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but each apartment has got many windows to change air.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each apartment there's a TV, no sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In the apartments there's no telephone because all our guests are coming with a mobile by themselves. The signal reception of the frequences is good.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  As soon as possible we want to start with a small restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The internet point is directly at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We are located inside of the Maremma Natural Park, a national protected oasis, with many buiding restrictions and streekly rules for the respect of the ambience, so we don't have any pool, but we are really closed to the sea.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Outside the property, there's an electric stone that closes the access to unknown people.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There's a rent a car nearby the railway staton, the airport and in the Grosseto city.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In a surrounding area of 5-10 km there are supermarkets and every kind of shop.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena is about 100 km, Florence about 160 km as well as Rome, Pisa about 140 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Fonteblanda is at 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Pisa, Florence and Rome ones. The Grosseto airport especially works with some charters.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange it on request and extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Collecchio, at approx.1 km. from the estate, but the connections are really poor, maybe twice per day, to reach Grosseto from there.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Grosseto one, at c.a. 20 km. away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  As soon as possible we want to be able to start with a small rustical restaurant reserved only for our guests. Actually we give to people some tips regarding many places and restaurants to go in the area, where our guests are well accepted and well served.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Actually no, but in the future...
