Accommodations

 Apartments are located into two big ancient Tuscan houses, totally refurbished. They have brick ceiling, stone walls, redbrick (the Tuscan “cotto”) floors, the furniture is in “arte povera” style and the design is focusing on details, such as romantic drapes with small flowers or with soft colours, lovely curtains, chair-cushion, blankets, lamps in style, some beds are made in wrought-iron. |
 The first house, “Giobatta” one, is formed by 7 independent apartments, 6 of which are two-room type, and one is three-room. The house “Giulia” is composed of 1 three-room and 8 two-room apartments. Total of apartments is 16 (2 three-room and 14 two-room). |
 Two-room Apartments (c.a. 40 mē): bedroom, living with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
Three-room Apartment (c.a. 60 mē): 2 bedrooms, living with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
All apartments are located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, or at the first floor, with a view on the valley (no balconies, without even terrace). |
