  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are with romantic views on Montecatini Alto.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are about 30 of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a flat screen Tv set is available in all of the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is airconditioning for no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we do have Wi-fi in all of the rooms.

  Florence is at 40 kms; Pisa 50 kms; Siena 75 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (35 kms) or Pisa (45 kms) airports are the closest ones.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but there is a shuttle called FLY BUS service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at the train station at 300 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montecatini Terme is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are eccepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can since we have Wifi connection.
