• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10.00 am to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  In the B&B the price is per room. In the apartments the price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the B&B the breakfast is included. The apartments are self catering.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  In the B&B the heating is included. In the apartments heating is an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some rooms are on the ground floor and some on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are furnished in the old Tuscan style and are particularly cosy and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a terrace on the ground floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, on request with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, dining room in the apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, swimming pool available.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Castellina in Chianti, the nearby village.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, vineyards are nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km, Siena 20 km and Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On the Road 222 on the crossroad to Fattoria Tregole (1 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castellina-Monteriggioni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the B&B we have a double room with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only in the apartment.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, restaurant is not available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
