Traversed
by the ancient Via Francigena, it's an area rich of high quality
local products such as "pecorino", a typical laboriously
prepared cheese, or as the oil, which is much less acidic
that usual oils. This
area is also one of the most wine
producers of Italy with its seven-five million
litres of wine a year, most of them enjoying the protective
DOCG denomination. Therefore you can't miss to buy a bottle
of the magic red-rubin "Brunello
di Montalcino", famous all over the world,
or to taste the remarkable "Nobile di Montepulciano".
A trip
in this region is a magical tour
between sweet tastes and splendid natural views that you will
never forget!
