• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast but we offer you a fully equipped kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are at the top floor (3rd) with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are very quiet and romantic with beautiful views and the sea sound.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartments have beautiful balconies where you can even have lunch and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but since we only rent the whole apartment, it's up to you to smoke or not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning but it is really not necessary because the temperature is pretty mild the whole year and since the apartments are right in front of the beach is very well ventilated.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have one.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a closed parking located 200 mt. from the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in CECINA, 15 from Marina di Castagneto.
  -PIOMBINO, 15 km from Marina di Castagneto.
  -DONORATICO, 2 km from Marina di Castagneto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find everything you want in the village of Marina di Castagneto Carducci.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 150 km far, Siena is 100 km far and Pisa is 58 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartments are actually in the very centre of Marina di Castagneto Carducci village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa (58 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Marina di Castagneto Carducci.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Donoratico.
• How far away is the beach?
  The apartments are in front of the beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is either private and public, it depends on where you go.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but downstairs from the apartment you can find a couple of restaurants and a pizzeria.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
