 Apartment Le Finestre
This apartment sleeps 3 (+2) guests and is 45mē in size and is on the third and last floor of a building (with elevator). The apartment is totally sound proofed and has a sea facing terrace of 10mē where it is possible to dine while enjoying the wonderful view. The apartment is faces west and is sheltered from the north wind and is warm even during the winter. |
 The living room has two windows and a glass door that opens out onto the terrace. In the living room we have a fully equipped kitchenette with gas-oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine (Italian and USA/German). The dining table seats six, and there is a double sofa bed that can be split into two singles. The bedroom has one double bed plus one single bed and a wardrobe. The double bed can be divided in two. There is one bathroom with a window that looks out over the sea. |
 The furniture is made of pine wood, typical of the area. The white floor and the light brown furniture make the apartment light and airy. On the balcony there is a table with six chairs and a large sun-umbrella. During the winter a gas heating system keeps the apartment warm. |
 Apartment Il Nautilus
Is a very large flat for 5 (+4) people on the 3rd and top floor of a building with a lift where there are also small shops and restaurants. The flat is 70mē and is in an exclusive location, very quiet and with 3 balconies that all look over the sea. The location is western which means it is also warm in winter - and thus ideal for a winter hiring.
The entrance leads to a small corridor with 4 doors: one to the left, one to the right and two opposite the entrance. To the left is a large bathroom with bath, 2 wash basins, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. A window looking over the sea. |
 The door on the right leads in to a large bedroom with a double, a single and bunk beds. With the help of a partition, one can divide the room, giving a little privacy between the bunks and the single and double bed. Here is also a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large balcony to the north west. One of the doors across from the entrance leads into the living room with a double sofa bed and 2 armchairs that can be made into single beds. A low table and a large wall cupboard finish off the furnishings, here is also a balcony to the south west.
Through the last door one comes into the dining room with furniture made of Swedish pine. An extendible table has room for up to 10 people. From here one comes in to the small kitchenette which can be closed by a sliding door. There is everything needed to cook for 12 people. Gas cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, English and Italian coffee machines and a dishwasher. In the pine living room cupboard there is an iron, there is also a TV. |
