Profile |
The words are not enough to describe this palace, built in the XIV century, when San Gimignano was in the period of the highest importance. Its facade in Gothic Style is enriched by two couples of mullioned windows which make it one of the monuments of the town. |
Here there are two studio apartments and an apartment furnished with ancient pieces, stone walls, wooden-beam ceilings and Tuscan terracotta floors. All the accommodation windows face onto the famous and charming "Cisterna Square", the beating heart of San Gimignano, and the typical Tuscan countryside enriched with olive groves and vineyards. |
Palazzo Tortoli makes the perfect base for exploring Tuscany, Florence, Pisa and Siena which are easily reachable by car or by train. The owner is looking forward to welcoming you in San Gimignano and wishes you a pleasant stay. |
