• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast is served.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV with DVD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Only in Tortoli apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But a swimming pool is at disposal of our guest just 800m away from Palazzo Tortoli in the B&B Ponte a Nappo (please ask to the owner)
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public free parking nearby and a private garage available on request (fee).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the town centre.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 km far, Siena 45 km and Pisa 70 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request (fee).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porta San Giovanni.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But our guests can enjoy a fitness route in our B&B Ponte a Nappo at 800 m away from Palazzo Tortoli.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
