• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04.00 to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: up to 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. It is possible pay the bill on arrival but we need a credit card as security deposit.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on 2 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the room are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are not terraces in the room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in S. Donato 2 Km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest town to a rail connection is Poggibonsi: 8 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
