This was a wonderful experience. The Hotel was great and lived up to all the expectation we had from the web site and the service and food were both excellent. We dined at several Michelin 2-star resturants in the area but in the end we preferred the simple Tuscan cooking we got at TDS. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Only issue was that the internet connection in the room did not work and was not made to work ruing our 5 night stay.

Small newly renovated luxury hotel with great attention form a very friendly staff. Building is an old monestary that has been converted with respect for the building and the feel of the place.

Andrea was very friendly and helped us make tour arrangements as well as dinner recommendations and reservations the day of our arrival.

We were the only couple staying in the hotel the first night of our arrival and we felt the entire place was ours. We stayed in the tower room and thought it was beautiful and romantic. Andrea and Claudia were very helpful and friendly with breakfast service and in answering questions. The room was always made up with clean towels and the patio and mini bar area were wonderful to use. The town of Casole d'Elsa was also charming and the people were very friendly.

I seem to recall seeing something about dinner being available at the Serviti upon request, and when I asked about it, I was told dinner was not available. Perhaps that should be removed from the website.

Since we've been home, I've told friends the place was romantic, quiet, lovely, and perfect place for our honeymoon. I would recommend the Torre dei Serviti to anyone planning a trip to Toscana, and hope you will use my comments on your website.

We enjoyed dinner which was tasty and plentiful;breakfast was extremely disapointing,our expections were for a rich breakf.buffet and instead they barely served coffee(very untasty),practically no fresh bread,choice of cheese,salami,vegetables etc.In addition our very young waitress had very good will,but not much more than that.

Nice location @ rooms but with a lot of room for improvement.
