• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Better at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and all rooms are linked by a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet, very romantic and the whole hotel is in a particularly private area and place.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small panoramic terrace in common for all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with telephone for international calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, communal swimming pool is available at 800 mt from the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an uncovered parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby in the town of Colle Vla d'Elsa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. The village of Casole d'Elsa supplies all kind of shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, plenty.

  Florence 45 km, Siena 25 km and Pisa 110 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize a shuttle service from the airport.

  In the village of Casole d'Elsa, twice a day towards Colle Val d'Elsa.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
