 Torre dei Serviti has 7 bedrooms, all spacious and very beautiful, full of history and charm. The rooms are on five different levels throughout the property.
"La Stanza di Maddalena Casulana"
Maddalena Casulana was an important musician of Casole d'Elsa and this room has separate access from the main road leading to the centre of the village. The room has a low ceiling and a beautiful Florentine terracotta floor with travertine (limestone) insertions. The refurbishing of the room perfectly harmonises with the colours and features of the structure. |
"La Stanza di Francesco Bianciardi"
Francesco Bianciardi was one of the three most important musicians in Casole between the second half of the 1500s and the beginning of 1600s. This room, which has been dedicated to him, is on three levels all linked by iron and wooden stairs, characterised by beautiful, windows of varying sizes. |
 "La Stanza nella Torre"
Perfectly rounded, this room has a vaulted ceiling the colour of the sky, with central geometrical decorations dating back to the end of the 1800s. The second main characteristic of this astonishing room is its three windows which are real portraits on a fantastic view over the surrounding countryside and hills. |
"La Stanza degli Affreschi"
One of the most important rooms of the whole Residence, thanks to the original frescoes which date back to the '600 and have been carefully restored. The room is fascinating for its varied features, the presence of numerous windows and the stylish furniture. |
 "La Stanza di Fra' Leonardo"
The first one of the three rooms on the main floor, is dedicated to Fra' Leonardo da Casole, composer and extraordinary architect of Casole. The imposing columns and arches of this room are its main features and add further glamour to the already fascinating atmosphere. |
 "La Stanza di Francesco di Giorgio"
This room on the second level of the tower has been dedicated to the famous architect who designed the fortifications at the end of the 1400s. The most characteristic element in this room is a part of the tower and the large window which are perfectly harmonise with the renovated room.
"Stanza dell'Ape"
The external entrance of this room is on the path that leads to the olive grove. From the inside, the access is from the hall through a staircase carved into the width of the ancient medieval walls. This part of the structure was built at the beginning of the 1800s and was used as an oven.
All rooms have a separate and individual access, thus guests are given keys for the whole period of their stay. The hotel is air-conditioned and has central heating for the winter season.
All bedrooms have satellite TV, modem plug, telephone and safety-lock. All bathrooms have a shower with hydromassage panels, except one which has an hydromassage tub, with hairdryers and american electrical plugs. |
