 On the ground floor there is a large room (6 m. x 5 m.) with the typical Tuscan bricked floor and Tuscan beamed ceiling. The living room has a beautiful antique fireplace on which there are a TV set, a stereo and some books. There are two small windows and a French door overlooking the garden. In the same room there is a crystal small table with six chairs, a duvet - a double bed and a wardrobe which dates back to the 17th century; next to the wardrobe there is a small Tuscan table with a telephone. In front of the fireplace there is a sofa for three guests. |
 The other room located on the ground floor is a quite large bedroom (6 m x 5 m) with a double bed in rough iron, an antique green painted wardrobe, two traditional Tuscan bedside tables, a small table with two little coloured armchairs and a small side lamp for the times guests wish to relax reading a book. The two small arched windows and an ancient front door lead into the garden. The carpets in the room are traditional Kilim carpets. The bathroom is located into a niche with a red bricked vault, it is decorated with fair blue ceramic wall tiles and has a shower.
You can climb up to the first floor from the traditional outdoor stone stairs. Here you can find the dining-room (7 m x 6 m) with the typical Tuscan bricked floor and wooden beams. In the large country fireplace there is a wooden fireback and a stone base. In the middle of the room there is an antique table for 10 or 12 guests, on one side of the room there is an antique Tuscan cupboard to store foods and in front of it the TV with a small bamboo couch. An arch door leads to a fully furnished kitchen. |
 The room next to the sitting room has a corner for reading, furnished with a Tuscan antique bookcase, where guests can find Italian novels, poetry books, art books, maps and tourist guides. The double room has a fair blue leather double bed and a small armchair, bedside tables, two small fair blue country windows, a built-in wardrobe and a small antique table with a side lamp. There are some ancient country shelves used as a bookcase. Persian carpets and wooden floor. The bathroom is decorated with green ceramics and has a shower.
On the second floor there is a wonderful view over the Chiana Valley, Cortona and Mount Amiata. There is a small sitting room with two armchairs and a small table next to an antique bookcase. A double bedroom with a double bed, antique furniture, bathroom decorated with pink ceramic wall tiles with a shower. In this room there are antique wooden stairs from which you can go up in the attic that has 2 single beds, a bathroom with yellow ceramic wall tiles and shower. |
1° apartment: is a large room which has been turned into a Tuscan style country kitchen with a large antique table, two wooden benches and some small pieces of furniture. A beautiful ancient door links this room with the old wood burning oven and a small toilet.
2° apartment: is a large room with two single beds with rough iron and wooden furniture. It has a bathroom with shower. |
