The approach to the tower is much rougher
than 'unsealed road' suggests.

Paolo was very thorough and helpful when
introducing us to the property.

...
We had a wonderful time. The children were
enchanted by the tower itself, and the
surrounding hillside. Likewise, the adults
found the tower very conducive to
conversation, contemplation, relaxation,
and romance.

The tower was in a secluded location, yet
once outside the national park was
convenient to many desirable destinations.

Would have been helpful to have had
brochures at the property describing local
attractions and activities, stores and
their hours - perhaps a guestbook
...
Trash removal was not explained to us on
checkin. We learned from the cleaning staff
that we were responsible to remove the
trash ourselves (to an unnamed location -
the cleaning staff did not speak english).
We were able to arrange with the cleaning
staff to haul the trash for us (for a fee).
...
Please emphasize the roughness of the road.
Some stretches are more appropriate for
off-road vehicles.

clarify that 'internet connection' means
telephone hookup, not internet service.

...
A romantic italian hide-away, great for
families.

The first three questions do not apply to Torre delle Cannelle. We called the owner from Talamone, and he led us to the property which is very remote and a 30 minute drive from the nearest town. No directions to the villa were provided online. We were very pleased with the villa, but I think that you should emphasize that getting to the villa requires a thirty minute drive over an unpaved mountain road that not all vehicles or drivers could manage. We had a large vehicle that made the drive sometimes hazardous.

We met the caretaker for the first time on the day we left. I wish that we had met her on the first day of our stay. If we had known what a pleasant person she was, we would have asked her to come up and prepare us an authentic Italian meal, something that she said she would have been happy to do. (The owner gave us her telephone number, so we could have called her, if necessary.)
...
The access road, as detailed above, should be more accurately described, mainly to protect yourselves.
...
Spectacularly situated, remote, comfortable, beautiful, with abundant wildlife (we saw many wild boar, deer, a weasel, and hawks).
