• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 05.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  For the whole Tower for 1 week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, there is no heating.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic, some of them have views of the garden while others have beautiful views of the sea.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a solarium and a terrace of 160 squared meters.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  10 people dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request we can offer you this service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at fonteblanda (10 km).
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 180 km; Siena 100 km; Pisa 155 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Talamone (8 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino, 160 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• How far away is the beach?
  20 mt away. From the tower we have to independent entrances one 60 and the other 100 mt away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public but with private entrance from the tower.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, from the telephone.
