 Once you reach the Tower (you have to pass through 2 external doors) you can admire its ideal location dominating the sea in front of the property. All bedrooms of the house are equipped with windows over viewing the sea or the garden. The property is also equipped with a dining room and a terrace (where it is possible to have lunch or dinner). |
 From this 190 squared meters terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, it ‘s the ideal place to relax and spend sometime sun tanning while admiring the beautiful views. Some days it’s even possible to see the Elba Island. For those willing to spend sometime in privacy we have the solarium, located at the last floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts such as dishwasher and washing machine and it’s very spacious. The garden around the house guarantee some fresh places even during the most hot months of the year. |

- Dining room with panoramic terrace
- 3 double bedrooms, one of them equipped with unsuited bathroom
