• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no lift in the building. There are 60 steps up to the apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a lovely terrace overlooking the roofs of the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a SAT-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone for incoming calls. There is also a mobile phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby there are several fee-paying garages: Garage Busi, Garage Pian d'Ovile and at the stadium (both with or without charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  We are located in Siena within the city walls. Firenze is 70 km far and Pisa 100 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Gramsci.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a jacuzzi tub in one of the two bathrooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
