 Apartment Torre dei Ponzi I:
This two-storey apartment features three bedrooms, a large kitchen with a fireplace in "serena" stone, two bathrooms one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub, a dining room and two lounges including a grand piano dating back to the 19th century. The apartment is located in a nice building in the heart of Siena. Since the area is historical, most of buildings have no lift, but in our case you have to walk up only 60 steps to get to our front door. |
 The hallway is equipped with an 18th century large mirror made in Murano and an ancient chest of drawers dating back to 1800 year. An iron stair in "serena" stone leads you to the large lounge including the piano, a sofa with armchairs in Empire style, a "Maggiolini" piece with a 19th century table-clock, a marble toilet table with "putti" and several paintings. |
 From the main lounge, going up 6 steps on an iron stair in "serena" stone, you can get to a second smaller lounge equipped with satellite television, two sofas and an ancient rocking chair. From here you can enjoy a spectacular view on the roofs of the city and on the countryside all around. In the attic you'll find a washing machine, a shoe rack and storeroom with a garret window. |
 The 30 square meters kitchen is equipped with a fireplace and furnished with the early "Ginori" numbered plates hanged on the walls. In the kitchen you will find all you may need: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, all necessary utensils to cook_Bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people: there are two twin rooms and a double bedroom in wooden floors. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, large mirrors, chest of drawers, and other ancient pieces. |

Located on the 3rd floor, without lift, of 50mē very bright and from the window you can see the street Montanini. The apartment is composed of lounge/dining room with sofa bed (single or double), kitchenette, table, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bedroom with two single beds (possibility of joining beds), central heating, satellite TV, very large wardrobe on the wall, and another cupboard in the bedroom. |
