• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 4.00pm to 7.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 9.30 am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment or per house.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included. It costs 7 Eur per person and is on request while you reserve the stay.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No, there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our houses and apartments are very quiet and sumptuously furinished.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some houses have private gardens, some others have a private garden space outside with table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but each apartment has a garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Houses and Apartments have Italian TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but it is possible rent mobile phones from us.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, some houses have a portable air conditioner. There is no extra cherge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  A large dining room is in Casa Villa. It is about 55m²and can accommodate up to 20 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, its size is 9x8 m. and deep 1.35 m. Open from May to the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Every house has a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place is in Florence, near the railway station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many in the surroundings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Houses and apartments are situated in a farm estate extending for over 200 hectares of vineyards and olive trees and almost every where you can have an enchantinig view on olive groves and vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence citycenter: 15 km.
  Siena: 50 km.
  Pisa: 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Donato in Collina, only 700m away
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, 34 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange transfer from the Florence airport or from the railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In San Donato in Collina, SITA bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rignano sull'Arno, 8 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but at about 10 km.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only little and medium size pets and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are some pizzerie and restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
