Casa Villa, 355 m² - 8 bedrooms - Sleeps 13
Casa Villa is an independent rural house set in a panoramic position on the hill. The view over the surrounding hills and the Vallombrosa mountains is stunning. In times past the house belonged to Giovanni the winemaker who still lives and works at the Torre a Cona. There are 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with shower, a large kitchen (55m²) equipped for up to 20 people and a vaulted room ideal for meetings or activities. The Villa is exquisitely furnished, with beautiful wool beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. Casa Villa features a private garden with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and barbeques, it has private parking and access to the swimming pool (50m²). It is possible rent the whole house or a part of it, as the house has been restored thinking of families who want have holiday together but with their own privacy, or for groups. It is possible to divide the house and have four independent apartments each one with privacy and independent services - kitchen, bathrooms, and garden.

This cottage has undergone a complete renovation in 2003. It used to be a barn utilized by farmers to dry straw. It is set in front of Casa Villa. It consists of 1 double room, 1 twin bedded room located on the first storey, 2 bathrooms w/shower, large living room fitted with cooking facilities. The apartment dishwasher and washing machine, and colour TV. Outside features a private space with tables and chairs, sun umbrella, barbeque and parking.

It is an independent home attached to the back of the Villa. Its name comes from ancient times, when guardians of the villa lived there. It has been restored in 2003 with wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. It consists of: 2 double rooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine, SAT TV and a small private garden outside with tables chairs and pavilion. Perfect for one or two families. It can be rent with Guardia because is rent in front it.

Fonte Lecceta, 75m² - 1 bedroom - Sleeps 2
It's an independent home in an old hay-loft restored during 2003. The view is beautiful over the surrounding hills, the region of Valdarno and the mountain of Vallombrosa. It is located at the back of the Villa Torre a Cona. The apartment has one double room, bathroom with shower. On the first floor the fully equipped kitchen joins the living room via an open arch and the living area. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine, SAT TV and private garden. For its privacy and charm this romantic cottage is the perfect vacation hideaway for a couple.
