• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  For the apartments is not included, for weekly stays.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms at Castello di Tornano are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a patio or a balcony belonging to each apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartments have a balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms at Castello di Tornano have satellite TV. There's no SAT TV in apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms at Castello di Tornano have telephone, but apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms in the Castle and in the Tower have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We can help you, with groups of chairs and tables.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the beautiful pool, constructed in the ancient moat that once defended Tornano, is at the complete disposal of our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking lots, for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena or at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small grocery shop in the nearby village.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  60 km, 19 km, 120 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Lecchi in Chianti(2 Km) and Gaiole(5km) with all the facilities (bank, chemist, post office, and so on).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in front of the apartments, at about 800 m from Castello di Tornano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena or Montevarchi 20 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
