The farmhouse is placed in the heart of Val d'Orcia, and in a few minutes you can easily reach very beautiful resorts.
From North: " VIA CASSIA (Motorway n.2 "Cassia") Take highway A1 (direction Rome) and, after the exit "Firenze Certosa", take the motorway following for Siena (60 Km). After the exit "Siena sud", follow for Rome (Motorway n.2 "Cassia") and for Montalcino/Buonconvento. After about 50 Km, take the exit for San Quirico d'Orcia, which is 8 km far from "Il Tigliolo" (vedi Mappa A). Once you've passed through San Quirico d'Orcia, follow for Vignoni (vedi Mappa B).After about 1 Km turn on the right and follow for "Il Tigliolo": after about 5 Km you'll reach the estate. |

HIGHWAY A1: Take highway A1 (direction Rome) and then take the exit "Valdichiana". Take the motorway n. 326, following for Montepulciano (about 20 Km), and after Montepulciano follow for Pienza and then for San Quirico d'Orcia.
From South: " HIGHWAY A1 Take highway A1 (direction Florence) and then take the exit "Chiusi - Chianciano Terme". Take the motorway n. 146, following for Montepulciano (about 20 Km), and after Montepulciano follow for Pienza and then for San Quirico d'Orcia.
From San Quirico to "Tigliolo" (8 Km): leave the Cassia following the signs that lead to the village of San Quirico. Follow the signs to Ripa d'Orcia (Castello di Ripa d'Orcia) that you will find in the village (near the Coop, a big supermarket) . Just after leaving the village the street becomes a country road (a white road); after 1.5 km you will find a road on your left (it leads to Vignoni), but do not turn, go ahead! After 1 km, you will find a road on your right, turn right leaving the main road and follow the signs to "Tigliolo". After 4.8 km of a winding road , you will reach "Tigliolo" (always follow the signs). |
