The receptionist was unable to confirm our booking and she siad they had had a bit of trouble with internet bookings during the past few days, i informed her that it had been made in February, she eventually confirmed that we were able to stay. ... The only downcheck i had about the hotel was that as there is no swimming pool, neither is there any seating area where one could take a book and sunbathe, the only outside public area was a covered verandah at the front of the hotel on the main road which wasn't very conducive to relaxing after a hard day's sight-seeing. ... A pleasant hotel, centrally situated but lacking a sunbathing or garden area.

We were in assigned a room with two beds rather than one. They changed our room when we notified the desk. The heat was on and it was uncomfortably warm in the room, there was no way to turn it off. On the second day, a service person came to turn it down. ... The staff was polite, but they were not friendly. They were business-like and impersonal. The room was very nice. The hotel was very nice. The location was good. ... They had charged for a room service fee. We had not used room service. They removed the charge when we pointed out the error. ... Nice size rooms, clean and efficient but impersonal staff.
