From Rome (Airport of Ciampino or Fiumicino)
Take the GRA (Grande Raccordo Annulare) in the direction of Firenze. Take the A1 motorway to Firenze. After about 1h30 driving exit at Chiusi-Chianciano T and follow the directions for Chianciano Terme and Montepulciano (road SS 146). Keep going on this road, passing through Chianciano, then the village of Sant' Albino, until a T-junction just before Montepulciano. This is called "bivio di San Biagio" and it is approximately 20 km driving from the A1.
At the T-junction, turn left to Pienza. Please note immediately on your left a Tamoil petrol station followed, 50m ahead by a Fiat garage. Turn left at the Fiat garage and take a small uphill road bordering the hotel San Biagio (on your right). Note on your left, at the beginning of the small road, a new black and yellow sign "Terre di Nano" . Drive for about 3.9 km keeping the right when you see a Y-junction. At the end of the 3.9 km, on the top of the hill, the sign Terre di Nano will appear on the right hand. Turn right and drive through the cypressed road until the end.

From Florence
Take the A1 motorway, direction of Roma and exit at Bettolle / Sinalunga / Valdichiana. Follow the sign for Torrita di Siena.
Take the road SS 327 and drive through the center of Torrita di Siena, then follow the direction Montepulciano (road SP135). You will be arriving at a Y-junction, turn right to Montepulciano.
After approximately 7 km, you arrive at a T-junction, turn right to Montepulciano and drive about 500m to a square in Montepulciano; at the roundabout, turn left direction Pienza; follow this road which drives around the hill of Montepulciano and arrive at a junction, the so called "bivio di San Biagio". On your right there is a cypressed road leading to the temple of San Biagio, on the left the road leads to Chianciano. You drive straight, direction Pienza.
Please note immediately on your left a Tamoil petrol station followed, 50m ahead by a Fiat garage. Turn left at the Fiat garage and take a small uphill road bordering the hotel San Biagio (on your right). From the airport of Pisa
Take the motorway A11/E76, direction of Firenze; then take the motorway A1/E35, direction of Roma and exit at Bettolle / Sinalunga / Valdichiana. Follow the sign for Torrita di Siena.
