• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm.
  Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only for the rooms. On request guests in the apartments can have breakfast with a supplement.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator; The Villa and the "Fornace" have respectively 2 and 1 floor in addition to the ground floor. The other units have only one floor (ground floor or first floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are common courtyards. The Terrazza has a large private terrace and La Casetta and La Fornace have a private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartment Bellavista has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is allowed; B&B are preferably for non-smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is a satellite TV in the common room of the Villa.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a wonderful swimming pool looking the Monte Amiata.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi-Chianciano Terme railway station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Montepulciano and Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 100 km, Siena 60 km and Pisa is 160 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano is the nearest one.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest international airports are Florence (110km) Pisa (150km)and Rome (160km), whether Fiumicino or Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Montepulciano, near the San Biagio church.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montepulciano Scalo is the nearest train station (small). Chiusi-Chianciano Terme is the nearest large train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome but upon request because there are animals on the real estate.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
