By car
From the A1 highway Milan-Rome : get off at the Valdichiana tollbooth. Get on the toll-free speedway Siena-Perugia , direction Perugia and get off at the first exit, direction Cortona-Foiano . Proceed in direction of FrattaS.Caterina for about 6.21 miles/10 km. Before reaching S. Caterina follow the straight small road. If you are traveling on the SS71 Umbro-Casentinese national road get on the provincial road 28 Siena-Cortona following signs for the hospital ( Ospedale della Valdichiana ). After about 0.75 miles/1 km follow a straight small road; the old Leopoldina road will take you straight to Le Terre dei Cavalieri.
