• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is inclued in the price of the room and the apartment.We offer a continental brekfast which includes: home made cakes, homemade marmalade,honey, pecorino-cheese, cold meats, cereal yougurt juices, fresh fruit, rolls, coffee tea hot chocolate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes,the cost of the heating/ air conditioning is included in the price.
  Each room has central heating / air conditioning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors. No, we don't have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are in the country it is very private and quiet.
  Many of our rooms are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Four of our bedrooms have a terrarce "loggiato" to enjoy jointly. All our apartments has a private "gazebo".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each rooms/apartments has satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In the rooms/apartments are thelephone with direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is provided in all rooms/apartments and is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a very nice dinning room the same for Breakfast in the " Vecchia Stalla". The restaurant is only on request for a minimun 10 persons.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have wireless access in the property and internet point in the Reception
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 6X12 meters long. It's open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Arezzo and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small "village shop" which sells most daily needs including fresh milk and bread.
  There is a supermarket in Camucia at 5Kms.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are many indipendent vinyards in this valley (Val di Chiana) owned by local farmers.The most important is Avignonesi.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is Kms 99, Siena 66Km. Arezzo 28 Km, Pisa Km 160
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cortona is at 8 Kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The are various airports: Firenze ( Amerigo Vespucci)Perugia (Adamo Giulietta.
  Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are 2 hours driving by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange to collect passengers on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 800 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Terontola-Cortona is at 16 kms, Arezzo at 28kms.
  There are high speed train links from Arezzo to Florence, Rome, Milan, Pisa etc.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We don't have a fitness center in the property, but in three of our rooms, there is a Jacuzzi and a sauna shower.
  Near the property are various walks and cycling tours.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size pets are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve breakfast. We can also provide simple dinner only on request for minimun 10 person. Light lunches are available around the pool-side.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from the rooms.
