Heating is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English (please speak slowly with us...) and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The apartment is on the first floor. We don't have any elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartment is in the center of the city, where cars cannot drive. The ambients are quiet and private. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided and included in price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, the apartment has a big panoramic terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, there's a big outside terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

There are seven car rent inside and outside the Lucca's city walls. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 60 km far; Siena is 130 km far; Pisa is 18 km far. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Pisa (20 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, I have not. You can reach me from the airport with car (rented), bus, or train. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is Lucca (Piazzale Verdi). - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Lucca - ten minutes walk away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. There is thermal structure (Bagni di Lucca - 30 Km) where you can do Sauna, Turkish bath and massages. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there isn't, but there are 2 restaurants/pizzeria at 100 mt. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, sorry, you can not. You can only use your laptop without internet connection.
