• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 until 06.00 pm.

  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are on the ground floor and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have outside eating area, but there is a communal terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all apartments have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, at the ground floor (on booking).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi (Avis) at about 15 Km. It is also possible to rent a car at Pisa/Florence airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The grocery store is at 2 Km in Valiano, the supermarket is at 12 Km Montepulciano.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 25 hectars of vineyards surround the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 90 Km, Siena 50 Km, Pisa 150 Km, Perugia 45 Km, Assisi 80 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Valiano di Montepulciano (2 Km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 90 Km, Pisa 150 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Valiano di Montepulciano (2 Km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montepulciano Station (7 Km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but some apartments have Jacuzzi in the bathroom.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only in the low season.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
