We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel so cannot really comment on the directions to the hotel issue except that we were very happy that it was as expected very close to the railway station.

We were very happy indeed with the hotel. We had a very spacious and well appointed room. The breakfast area was also particularly pleasant and the breakfast itself was very good.

It was a very positive experience and an excellent start to our holiday in Tuscany. It is ideal for people who may have seen the sights of Pisa before and don't need to be near the famous sites as it is at the other end of town but very near the station. It would also be a pleasant place to stay if one wanted good value and well appointed accomodation generally.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations and we had a very pleasant and spacious room. The fittings were plain but of good quality and pleasing. There was a lovely breakfast room at the front of hotel with a very cheerful yellow and blue colour scheme. Breakfast was good and good value for the price category. The coffee was not great.

We arrived early and asked to purchase a cup of coffee, but instead we were treated to a delicious cup of cappicino at no charge.

I was pleased that, although I booked a single room, it had a king size bed which made sleeping that much more enjoyable.
I also thought that the breakfast buffet was
very generous.

I would recommend this hotel as an excellent bargain, especially using Tuscany Net as the booking agent.

Just found the main exit at the station very poorly marked and landed up intially walking in some back street with 2 other people also heading to the same hotel.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable. Fair price for Italy, but all seem somewhat overpriced. The receptionist is accommodating, but don't expect him to go out of his way to make you feel welcome nor to respond to tourist questons.

I very much enjoyed my stay at tha hotel Terminus e plaza my accomadation was clean comfortable and provided good value for money I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to friends or family in the future.

Although check in times are stated and bags were allowed to be left it would be nice if rooms were ready on arrival.

Even though outside the town center, eventhough, it's not that bad, it took just 10 min. to reach the center, the hotel is very clean and friendly, our room was spacious and clean, with a huge bed, in which we had a perfect rest. Closeness to train station is a plus, when you have luggage to drag with you. We would recomend this hotel very much, just because of its cleanliness and spacious rooms. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip.

We arrived ;ate but the reception area was manned and he was very friendly and our daughter had left a bag in the taxi which arrived some time afterwards which was dealt with well.

Good breakfast, close to the station which was useful as it was impossible for the staff to obtain a taxi from reception. It would have been a long walk into central Pisa but great if you are arriving late.

Rooms were very bland, carpets a bit grubby but it was what we needed as we were arriving late with two small children. Staff were very friendly and polite, it was too far to walk in the boiling heat to the Leaning Tower etc and very difficult to phone for a taxi.

Modern large rooms with air conditioning, good breakfast and friendly staff with a 24 hour check in. Well placed for both the station and local buses but quite a walk to the Leaning Tower.

Although the receptionist was very busy he did get us a couple of beers, even though we arrived very lase at night. Much appreciated.

Spacious room, very clean and quiet. Helpful staff spoke enough English to make things easy. The best choice for breakfast we had during the whole stay in Italy. Easy walking distance to everywhere, couple of minutes to rail station, but not much more to the main town.

we only arrived late at night and left first thing in the morning but the receptionist took care of our bags all day and directed us to the sites. he then called us a taxi later that evening which he did not have to do. we found them very helpful!

There is no longer a no. 3 bus; you must take the no. 1 bus from the airport to the train station.

We forgot an item in the room and was allowed to re-enter after checking out to find the item. Wonderful staff, always available and pleasant.

Strictly follow the check-out time - they can be very inflexible even in terms of 15 minutes extra. We had this experience since the daylight saving was introduced on the sunday we were to check-out and we had forgotten about it! There will not be any reminder to tell them about the time change in the hotel.

Quite a nice place for the money paid considering it is so close to the PISA central station.
The people can speak good english, and are accommodative to leave the baggage behind after the check-out for a few hours.

For the price, it was perfect. I wouldn't stay there on a holiday, but as a place to rest, it was perfect and very reasonable. Beside the train station.

One small comment:
Knowing we would arrive after midnight I had asked was there any possibility to have any food? Reply: only the bar might be open.
The offer of some sandwiches would have been welcome. As it was we went to bed a little hungry but slept well enough. The breakfast next morning was good. HJ Neumann

Pisa is an important airport. Airlines don't always arrive in time. delays occur often.
It should be possible - on requets prior to
arrival, and of course to be paid for!-
to provide some sandwiches (prepared and wrapped in the hotel kitchen) and beverage.

I took a taxi (it was late) so can't really comment on the clarity of the directions. I had to ask about breakfast, otherwise check in was fine.

Room was small (but OK for one person for one night). Hotel was fine, but the city of Pisa has the most inefficient waste collectors I ever encountered. They took 20 extremely noisy minutes to empty the bins in the short stretch of road under my window, around midnight on a Sat night! The same job in my home town in the UK takes about 90 seconds at 7:30am (on a work day).

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at the hotel approx 12.15. It was ok as we left our luggage and went for a drink at a local bar. We had empty water bottles and we noticed that there was no waste bin in reception.

As we had to leave at 4am we didn't get the breakfast. I think we should have either been given a reduced rate or maybe offered a packed breakfast of maybe bread & jam etc that we couldn't have taken with us.

We had asked the p0revious night if we could have a taxi ordered but we were assured that there was no need to do this as the taxi's were available all night. It took quite a while to get a taxi booked when we went to reception at 4am.

Should be told about breakfast, as i'm sure the hotel are aware of incoming & outgoing flights they will be aware that some clients will not be there for breakfast so i think an alternative shoulb be offered or a reduction in the price.

Great location, clean and nice rooms. The towels i found to be extremely thin, they were more like table cloths.

simple city hotel near the train station and the airport, not so nice area, but the hotel ist ok, the stuff are friendly, the rooms are ok, the bathroom is to small.
