• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the price. It must be paid extra and directly on the premises.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Each building consists of two floors. There are no lifts. Some apartments are on ground floor, some are on the first floor and some are on two levels.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are all quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they all have a private space equipped with table and chairs for dining out.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them have got a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer that our guests smoke outside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, they all have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  At Casale La Valle each apartment has got a telephone with direct dialling. At the other casali there is a public telephone in the garden.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has got a large living room where several families can eat together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 5 swimming pools in the property. They are all open from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available at each casale.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Arezzo or in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Pieve a Presciano there is a small grocery shop (at a walking distance). You can find supermarkets in Montevarchi at 15 minutes drive.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Tenuta La Pieve produces its own wine, oil, vinsanto and grappa, that clients can taste in the cellar.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence and Siena are at 30 minutes drive. Pisa is 1 hour drive.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pieve a Presciano is the nearest village (walking distance).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pieve a Presciano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arezzo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Only at Casale La Valle.
