- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per the entire property, so for both Villas, but upon request it is possible to rent the Villas Apart. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
No. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In Villa Gioia there are 2 levels.
In Villa Lapo there are 3 levels. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. All rooms are quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linens are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, one of the Villas has a terrace and another one has a balcony. There are also tables and chairs in the garden in front of the villas. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

All rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
