    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price are per room/all property:Prices are per week.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes it is. Continental breakfast untill 11.00 as a brunch.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    As you want!
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 2 floors no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    It's our philosophy of make hospitality.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide it.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No all but the most part have it.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have 2 rooms on 9 with balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms are no smoking!!
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Sat TV on request.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes. we provide a SIM card for mobile so you can phone in italy with italian rates( TIM )
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes,we have and it's included.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes,we'll be happy to prepare some tuscan speciality.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, broad band connection included.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, 16x8mt deep 1, 5mt. From May-Juin(Weather depends!!)
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking free.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Piombino, AVIS or in Pisa Aeroport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, with local products.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Florence 140km, Siena 80km, Pisa 80km
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Sassetta 4km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Pisa "GALILEO GALILEI" 80km
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    On request and not included. Ask for a price please.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Sassetta 4 km.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Campiglia Marittima or San Vincenzo.
  • How far away is the beach?
    About 25 km.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Public beach.

    No, sorry.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small sizes but not inside.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, only for the guest of Tenuta di Seripa.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
